Hello. I am CS Adv. Juilee Ghadge. Thank you for visiting the website.
My profile, in a nutshell
PROFESSIONALLY-
I am a first-generation Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa having expertise in the niche area of handling property succession matters at Bombay High Court (especially for clients who are Non-Resident Indians or Overseas Citizens of India) and property related documentation.
After completing my Bachelor of Commerce and Company Secretary Professional Course (with 7th All India Rank in CS Executive and highest marks in Company Law, for which I have been awarded with ‘Preeti Puraskar’) I found myself naturally inclined towards practicing Law as my profession and decided to become a practicing Advocate.
After doing my internship and juniorship with amazing mentors, I decide to start my own practice in May 2019.
I have developed my independent practice in the niche area of property transfer and transmissions, handling succession matters at Bombay High Court, dealing with multiple clients. I mainly deal with property matters of NRI clients, foreign citizen clients with Indian origin, collaborate with Law Firms for testamentary matters.
In my legal practice, my focus is on providing Simplified Legal Solutions through Client-Centric Approach and End-to-End Support
I am passionate about teaching. I have conducted lectures on Mercantile Law for students of CA Foundation course.
Mediation, Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) is my new found love. I have successfully completed 60-Hour Accredited Foundation Learning Program in Mediation by Accords International in collaboration with Mediation Academy South Africa (Pty) Ltd. This course is audited and certified by ADR Register | certified arbitrators, conflict coaches, mediators, negotiators, Global Network Group, Amsterdam. I always believed that Mediation is not an Alternate Dispute Resolution; but an Appropriate Dispute Resolution. Peaceful settlement of disputes, differences to the extent possible is at the centre of my law practice. I am determined to make my humble contribution towards Conflict Resolution through Mediation and alternate/ online dispute resolution.
BEYOND THE PROFESSION
I am an Aspiring Philosopher and a Volunteer by heart. For me, philosophy i.e. love for wisdom is the way of life and it is not for any intellectually stimulating discussion or to sound knowledgeable. I am a member of and learning philosophy at New Acropolis, Mumbai Branch, which is a Philosophy School in classical tradition, present in 60 + countries worldwide. I volunteer for Economy Department of New Acropolis, Mumbai Branch.
I also volunteer for activities of Adhivakta Parishad, Bombay High Court Unit. Adhivakta Parishad is all India organization of lawyers working for National Renaissance. It is founded with the object of resurrecting bhartiya values and ingraining idealism in the hearts of advocates for improving efficacy and standards of the Bar and the Judiciary of the Country
Volunteering, doing what is needed comes naturally with the philosophy; therefore, I try to actively engage in various volunteering initiatives of New Acropolis-Mumbai Branch, Adhivakta Parishad-Bombay High Court unit, in order to know myself better, to reflect and investigate better and to apply teachings in a day-to-day life.
I have completed 200 hours Basic Teachers’ Training Course in Yoga Education from The Yoga Institute and am qualified to teach yogic concepts and techniques to children and healthy adults.
